 Frequently asked questions-

1. How many songs do you need for my demo?
   Your demo can be one song, no length requirement
2. How does the selection process work?
   We compile all of the entries and a Showdown committee reviews each entry. Entries are narrowed down to the top 15 with two alternates. We will not be holding online voting this year.
3. What are you looking for in a qualifier?
   The Showdown Committee will be looking for vocal ability and originality of audio performance. You do not have to write or perform your own song. However, if you are invited to compete- you do get extra points for performing your own music!
4. If I’m selected, when will I be notified?
   All qualifiers will receive an official invitation no later than June 19^th. Invitations will go out in the mail and if we do not hear from you by a certain date- we will call.
